As we head into 2015, we are starting to look back and reflect on 2014 and beginning to look forward to the next year. From purchasing your eggnog lattes or mobile games to cheering on your favorite NBA team, the importance of creating an engaging and loyal customer experience on mobile continues to be a huge focus.

Never miss the game trying to get one more hot dog (or beer) again!  

The Brooklyn Nets and the Barclay Center in New York announced their mobile app this week is the first National Basketball Association arena to integrate with a mobile wallet platform.

“Mobile strategy is very important when it comes to engaging fans,” said Josh Pruss, senior vice president of partnership marketing for the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center, New York. “We have a very fan-first approach to everything we do and that’s how we’re going to keep our guests coming back.”

From mobile concession stand ordering and e-wallet payment system to team stats to submitting messages for the scoreboard and creating your own replays, we are going to  continue to see apps such as this to make customers’ lives easier.
